Instructions For Use/ How To Use

• Wash hands and sterilize all utensils.
• Boil freshly-run water for 10 min.
• Leave it to cool down in kettle for 30 mines to approx. 40?C.
• Measure the required amount of water (refer to feeding guide) into a sterilized bottle.
• Do not use water boiled more than once.
• Always use the scoop provided.
• Level off the powder with the back of a clean knife.
• Do not press extra powder into the scoop.
• Add the correct measure of powder to the water.
• Adding too many or too few scoops can be harmful to your baby.
• Cap the bottle and shake well vigorously for 10 seconds to dissolve powder.
• Remove seal and replace with sterilized teat.
• Check temperature on your wrist before feeding (37?C).

• Breastfeeding is best for babies and a healthy diet / maternal nutrition is important when breastfeeding.
• A decision not to Breastfeed can be difficult to reverse.
• It is recommended that all formula milks be used on the advice of a doctor.
• All preparation and feeding instructions should be followed carefully as inappropriate preparation could lead to health hazards.
